Section 3(17) in Bihar State Regulation of Cold Storage Licensing Rules, 1993
(17)Any shelf or rack where damaged or deteriorated agricultural produce has been stored or temporarily kept shall be cleaned and disinfected immediately after the removal or disposal of such produce.
