MURTHY These two appeals have been filed against the suspension order and confirmation of the suspension and continuation of the suspension by the CHA. The learned counsel submits that finally the Commissioner has passed an order revoking the licence issued to the CHA and a separate appeal has been filed against that order which has been listed today for hearing their early hearing application. Since licence has been revoked and the appeal against that order is required to be considered and an early hearing application has already been filed and appeal also has to be considered, these appeals have become infructuous.
