Section 5(2) in The Collection of Statistics (Work Stopages Resulting from Industrial and Labour Disputes) Rules, 1968
(2)The Secretary or an office bearer of the trade union, on whom a notice has been served under sub-rule (1), shall thereupon, furnish the required information to the Statistics Authority to to the person nominated by him within seven days of the report of the said notice either in writing or in person, if so permitted by the Statistics Authority.
