(2)Every employer in relation to an establishment to which this Act may be applicable at any time after such commencement, shall, before the twenty second day of every month, send to the Secretary or any officer authorised by him in this behalf a monthly return in Form XXXVI, showing details of building workers employed by him as at the end of the preceding month, and of contribution deducted from their wages and remitted to the Board under sub-section (2) of Section 16 of the Act.
