Section 30 in Punjab Water Resources (Management and Regulation) Act, 2020
30. Members, officers and other staff of Authority to be public servants.
- The Members, officers and other employees of the Authority shall be deemed, when acting or purporting to act in pursuance of any of the provisions of this Act or rules or regulations made thereunder, to be public servants within the meaning of section 21 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (Central Act 45 of 1860).
