Section 50(1) in The Punjab State Electricity Regulatory Commission (Conduct of Business) Regulations, 2005
(1)The Commission shall hold a proceeding on the revenue calculations and tariff proposals given by the Transmission or the Distribution Licensee and shall hold public hearings to decide on such revenue calculations and tariff proposals.
