21. Training of Chairperson and members of Child Welfare Committee.
- The Chairperson and members of the Child Welfare Committee shall be given training or orientation on child psychology, child rights, child welfare, care and protection, rehabilitation, legal provisions, justice for children and in writing or disposition orders for cases determined by the Committee for a period of not less than two days within a period of sixty days after their assuming office by the Directorate of Social Defence or any other appropriate institution.Chapter - V.
