Section 57 in The Limited Liability Partnership (Winding up and Dissolution) Rules, 2012
57. Liquidator to make payments into public account of India in the Reserve bank of India or any designated Scheduled bank.
- Every Liquidator shall, in the manner and within the time specified in Part VI, pay the moneys received by him as Liquidator of any LLP into the public account of India in the Reserve Bank of India.
