Section 8(2) in Nagpur rules Relating to the Election of Councillors
(2)[ The polling officer shall close a polling station at the hour fixed for the closing of the poll under rule 1 and shall not thereafter admit any elector into the polling station :Provided that, all electors present at I he polling station before it is closed shall be allowed to cast their votes.
