Section 73(1) in The M.P. Griha Nirman Mandal Adhiniyam, 1972
(1)There shall be established a Fund of the nature of an imprest entitled the Contingency Fund of the Board into which shall be paid from and out of the Fund of the Board a sum of ten lakhs of rupees.
