State of West Bengal - Subsection

Section 24(3)(a) in The West Bengal Board of Madrasah Education Act, 1994.

(a)The Board shall hold a special meeting by the 31st October of every financial year and the President shall place before the said meeting a budget estimate showing, in such form as may be prescribed, the anticipated income and expenditure of the Board for the next financial year.
