Section 12(ii) in The Amended Assam Aided High and Higher Secondary Schools Employees Rules, 1965
(ii)Re-employment of persons under sub-rule (i) shall be subject to the provisions of Rule 11 (i) and such other terms and conditions not inconsistent with these rules as may be mutually agreed upon between the Managing Committee and the person concerned with the approval of the Inspector of Schools.
