Information sought:
The Appellant sought information about grievance related to non receiving of a joining letter pursuant to qualifying CGLE 2008 (Scheme B).
Grounds for the Second Appeal:
The CPIO has not provided the desired information.

Respondent: Not present.
Decision Commission has gone through the case records and observes that CPIO has appropriately informed that issue of his appointment letter is pending for want of allotment of user Department with State name from SSC HQrs., New Delhi.
Appellant has not availed the opportunity to appear before the Commission to plead his case/contest CPIO's response. Commission upholds the response of the CPIO. No further action lies.
Commission takes grave exception to the absence of CPIO during hearing without intimating any reasons thereof. Accordingly, CPIO is directed to provide explanation for non appearance before the Commission within 15 days of receipt of this order.
The appeal is disposed of accordingly.
