Section 17(2)(a) in The Maharashtra Advocates Welfare Fund Act, 1981

(a)A member of the Fund shall be eligible and entitled for the retirement benefits at any time after completion of fifteen years from the date of his admission as a member of the Fund, of the amount as mentioned in the Schedule.
