Heard the parties.

In all the above writ applications, the grievances of the petitioners are with regard to payment of their retiral dues/balance retiral dues which have not been paid despite representations made in this regard.

In the above circumstances, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that for expeditious disposal of their unpaid claims, petitioners propose to file their fresh separate representation before the Secretary of the respondent Board stating the details and distinct unpaid claims as also the copy of the relevant documents in support of such claims along 2 with certified copy of the present order.

In case such representations are filed by the writ petitioners stating the details of their unpaid claims as also the copy of the relevant documents along with certified copy of the present order within a period of eight weeks, the representation shall be considered in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within a period of four months on receipt of such representation so that the unpaid claims of the petitioners could be settled and admitted due be paid with statutory interest without further delay. It is however, made clear that if any of the claims are found not admissible, the concerned writ-petitioners shall be informed of the same with the reasons thereof.

Accordingly, the entire above writ applications stand disposed of with the above observations/directions.
