Despite Registrar's Court order dated 11.7.2014, the learned counsel for the petitioner has not taken steps for effecting service on respondent No.1 in SLP(Crl.) No.1386/2014. Last opportunity is granted to them. Steps be taken within two weeks.
The learned counsel for the petitioner to also supply the complete set of the pleadings to the learned counsel for the sole respondent in SLP(Crl.) No.1385/2014 and respondent No.2 in SLP(Crl.) No.1386/2014 within two weeks. Counter affidavit be filed within four weeks of receipt of the complete set of the pleadings.
