Section 12(1) in The Bihar and Orissa Aerial Ropeways Act, 1924
(1)The [State] [Substituted by Adaptation of Laws Order.] Government may appoint such persons as it deems fit, to be Inspectors of aerial ropeways and may fix the fees to be charged to promoters for the performance by Inspectors of their duties under this Act.
