1. The petitioners have filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs:-
"10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's claim for the Krammonati Vetanman of 9300 + 34800 + 4300 Grade Pay from the present 52000-202000 + 2400 Grade Pay w.e.f. 2020, along with arrears and interest.
10.2 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to pass such further orders or directions as may be deemed fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case."
2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submit that the petitioners were initially appointed as Data Entry Operator in 2015. They became eligible for their promotion, however, due to non-availability of the promotional post, petitioners were not promoted. According to the policy formulated by the State Government, the employees who have completed 10 years of their service on a particular post and are not promoted in the higher post, are entitled for time scale-pay. Petitioners have submitted representations before the Respondents No. 1, 3 & 4, however, no decision has been taken till date.
3. On the other hand, learned counsel for the Respondents/State would submit that in the facts of the case, as the petitioners have already submitted representation before the Respondents No. 1, 3 & 4, it will be considered and decided in accordance with law.
4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the documents placed on record.

On due consideration of the submission of counsel for the respective parties, facts and circumstances of the case, nature of grievance raised by the petitioners in particular submission of counsel for the petitioner that petitioners have served more than 10 years in a particular post i.e. Data Entry Operator and have not been given the benefit of promotion, without entering into the merits of the claim of petitioners, this writ petition at this stage is disposed of permitting the petitioners to submit afresh comprehensive representation before the Respondents No. 1, 3 & 4 and if such a representation is submitted by the petitioners, concerned authorities shall consider and take decision on the representation to be submitted by the petitioners on its own merits in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a period of 03 months from the date of receipt of representation.
6. With the aforesaid observation and direction, this writ petition stands disposed of.
