52. Certain latrines and urinals to be connected to sewerage system.
- When any general system of underground sewerage with an assured water supply for any particular locality is provided in a municipality, all latrines and urinals of a factory situated in a such locality shall, if the factory is situated within 100 feet of an existing sewer, by connected with that sewerage system.
