Section 7 in Arunachal Pradesh Co-operative Societies Act, 1978
7. Power to exempt societies from conditions as to registration.
- Notwithstanding anything contained in this Act, the Government may, by appeal order in each case, exempt, subject to such conditions, if any, as it may impose, any society from any of the requirements of this Act as to registration.
