8.
Subject to Rules 6 and 7 above an ex-officio member of managing committee shall automatically cease to be a member as soon as he vacates the particular office during the tenure of and by virtue of which he was appointed as such, and his successor will be deemed to be appointed as ex-officio member of that managing committee in the capacity of his predecessor. Such changes should be reported immediately by the Secretary of the Committee.
