Section 9(4) in Pilikula Development Authority Act, 2018
(4)The Commissioner of Authority shall function as Member Secretary of the Advisory Committee and he shall convene the meeting of the committee atleast once in six months, at such place and at such time and shall adopt such procedure as may be prescribed.
