Section 6(5) in The Orissa Industrial Infrastructure Development Corporation Act, 1980
(5)Where a person is nominated to be or becomes a Director by virtue of holding any office, he shall, notwithstanding anything contained in this Act, cease to be a Director as soon as he ceases to hold that office.
