Section 43(2) in Andhra Pradesh Agricultural University Act, 1963
(2)Notwithstanding anything in the Osrnania University Act, 1959 or the statutes made thereunder, the College of Agriculture at Rajendra nagar and the University College of Veterinary Science and Animal Husbandry at Hyderabad shall, * as from the date notified by the Government under subsection , cease to be the Constituent College and the University College respectively of the Osmania University and be maintained by the University as University Colleges.
