01. 1. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the Opposite Party.

2. Non-registration of the FIR in spite of the complaint at Annexure-1 series, copies of which has been submitted by way of registered post to the Superintendent of Police, Sambalpur, Opposite Party No.3 is the grievance of the Petitioner.

3. Taking into account the nature of the grievance and without expressing any opinion regarding the veracity of the allegation made, this Court calls upon the Superintendent of Police, Sambalpur, Opposite Party No.3 and Inspector In-Charge, Ainthapali, Opposite Party No.4 to act in terms of the law laid down by the Apex Court in the case of Lalita Kumari vs. Government of U.P. & others, AIR 2014 SC 187.

4. Learned counsel for the Petitioner undertakes to submit the certified copy of the order passed by this Court and the copy of the Page 1 of 2 CRLMP by registered post/speed post within a period of one week from the date of receipt of the certified copy.

5. If in the meantime, the grievance of the Petitioner has been redressed, the Petitioner shall be intimated the result thereof.

6. Liberty is also granted to the Petitioner to renew her prayer if her grievance still subsists.

7. Accordingly, the CRLMP stands disposed of.

8. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per the rules.
