5. Registration of petition.
- (i) Every petition or motion for taking proceedings under the Act shall be registered as Contempt Petition (Civil) in respect of Criminal Contempt ;(ii)In proceedings, initiated on a petition, the initiator shall be described as the petitioner and the opposite party as the respondent and in other cases the description of the persons proceeded against shall be as follows :-In re.............................................................son of ................................................occupation............................................................resident of .......................................
