Section 80D in The Chhattisgarh Co-Operative Societies Act, 1960
80D. Transfer of pending cases.
- Every appeal or any other proceeding pending before the State Government, immediately before the date of constitution of Chhattisgarh State Co-operative Tribunal under this Act, shall stand transferred to the Tribunal from the date of notifications by Government of Chhattisgarh.
