The Court: Time for the Joint Special Officers to conduct and complete inspection of the concerned property is extended till two weeks after 2 the puja vacation (November 7, 2025). Within ten days thereafter, they will file the report that they were directed to file by the order dated September 30, 2024, before the Learned Single Judge.
We clarify that all concerned will strictly comply with the order dated September 30, 2024.
Let the matter be listed before the Learned Single Judge having determination to take up the matter on November 17, 2025. The Learned Single Judge is requested to decide the issue of further remuneration of the Joint Special Officers.
The expenses that are to be incurred for conducting and completing the inspection of the property in question shall be borne in terms of the order dated September 30, 2024.
