2. Both the writ petitions are though filed by one Samity, but by two independent Groups claiming to be heading the same Samity. For the limited nature of relief sought for involving the writ petitions, this Court leaves the dispute above for appropriate adjudication by the competent authority.
3. Considering the submissions made by Miss. Mahapatra, learned counsel for Petitioner in W.P.(C) No.23534 of 2021, Mrs. S. Jena, learned counsel for Petitioner in W.P.(C) No.21874 of 2021 and also Mr. D.K. Mishra, learned Addl. Govt. Adv., this Court finds, on the selfsame issue both the Groups representing one Society having rivalry between them regarding functioning of the society have made similar request to the competent authority for its consideration. For the pendency of the claim of both the Groups before the competent authority vide Annexure-3(series) in W.P.(C) No.21847 of 2021 and vide Annexure-3(series) in W.P.(C) No.23534 of 2021, this Court without expressing any opinion on the entertainability of the application as objected by Mr. D.K. Mishra, learned Addl. Govt. Advocate, leaves it open for consideration of the same by the competent authority. In the process this Court directs the Opposite Party no.3 to look into both the grievances of both the Groups vide Annexure-3(Series) in the respective writ petitions and pass appropriate order in accordance with law however, providing opportunity of hearing to all the parties concerned and by completing the entire exercise within a period of three months from the date of communication of an authenticated copy of this order by the Petitioner.
4. Both the writ petitions stand disposed of with the above direction.

5. As restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a printout of the order available in the High Court's website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned advocate, in the manner prescribed vide Court's Notice No.4587, dated 25th March, 2020 as modified by Court's Notice No.4798, dated 15th April, 2021 and Court's Office order circulated vide memo Nos.514 & 515 dated 7th January, 2022.
