Section 26(1) in Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Institute of Medical Sciences Act, 2015
(1)Subject to the provisions of this Act, such number of Professors, Associate Professors, Assistant Professors and Group 'A' Officers, as may be necessary, shall be appointed by the Chairperson, and such number of Group 'B' Officers and other employees, as may be necessary, shall be appointed by the Director.
