This case has been listed under the heading "To be mentioned" at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner. He submits that in the order dated 22.07.2014, case number of M/s Shiv Industries vs. the State of Bihar & Ors. has been wrongly recorded as CWJC No. 7776 of 2014 in place of CWJC No. 7736 of 2014.

Learned counsel for the Corporation also agrees with the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner.

This being a purely typographical error in the order dated 22.07.2014, the case number of M/s Shiv Industries vs. the State of Bihar & Ors. (supra) shall be read as CWJC No. 7736 of 2014 in place of CWJC No. 7776 of 2014.

The order of this Court dated 22.07.2014 in this case shall stand modified to the aforementioned extent.
