Section 11(3) in The Orissa Veterinary Practitioners Rules, 1976
(3)When there is casual vacancy from among the member elected under Clause (d) of Section 4, an election shall be held in accordance with the procedure laid down in Part III of these rules except that the period of publication of draft electoral roll as provided in the Sub-rule (3) of Rule 4 shall be ordinarily fifteen days and that the programme of time for the several stages of the operation shall be so arranged that the election may be completed within two months from the date of which the vacancy occurs.
