sh Learned counsel for the petitioner has insisted upon to list the e case on 20.04.2018 alongwith the W.P. No. 16314/2017 (MEIL-KBL ad Vs Narmada Valley Development Department & another) of the Pr Indore Bench received on transfer and renumbered as W.P. No.1473/2018.
a hy On the other hand learned counsel for the respondents submits that the Indore Bench has granted stay in that case, therefore, longer ad date should not be given and this case may be heard at an early date M along with the said writ petition.
In counter to the aforesaid it is urged that in this case Shri Ranjit of Singh, learned Senior Counsel has to come from Delhi, however, this rt case may be fixed on the date as requested by him.
ou After hearing learned counsel for both the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this case be listed C for analogous hearing along with W.P. No. 1473/2018 in the week h commencing 2.4.2018.
ig However, it is open to the counsel for the petitioner to seek H instructions from the Senior Counsel and request the Registry for listing of the case on the said date in the week commencing 2.4.2018.
