7. Amendment of section 11.-
In section 11 of the principal Act, in sub- section 1, after clause (a), the following clause shall be inserted, namely:-(aa)where the head office is situated in an area, falling within the jurisdiction of a Labour Court or an Industrial Tribunal, to that Court or Tribunal, as the case may be.
