Section 6(3)(b) in Manipur Home Guards Act, 1989

(b)Such certificate shall cease to have effect whenever the person named, in it ceases to have a member of Home Guards and on his so ceasing shall within ten days be surrendered by him to the Commandant General if he is an officer and to the Commandant in ail other cases.
