Section 46(1) in The Maharashtra State Board of Technical Education Act, 1997
(1)The Board may make regulations [with the approval of the Governing Council] [These words were inserted by Maharashtra 1 of 2003, Section 16 (w.e.f. 27-11-2002).] for the purpose of carrying into effect the provisions of this Act.
