Section 12(1) in Rajasthan Urban Street Vendors (Protection of Livelihood and Regulation of Street Vending) Act, 2011
(1)An application made under sub-section (1) of section 11 shall be examined by the Town Vending Committee and the registration shall be made within such period, and in such manner, as may be specified;Provided that on completion of specified period, if no response is received by the applicant about rejection or deficiencies in the application, the applicant shall be deemed to lave been registered.
