Section 15(1) in The Central Advisory Committee For Lighthouses (Procedural) Rules, 1976
(1)Notice of the place and the date and time of each meeting of the Committee shall be sent to the members at least 30 days before the date of the meeting:Provided that a shorter notice may be given in cases where, in the opinion of the Chairman, the meeting has to take place urgently.
