3. Limitation of application of Rules.
- Nothing in these Rules shall affect, the provisions of any Central Act or Regulations or Rules made thereunder for the purpose of regulation and development of mines and minerals and of the safety of the persons working in the mines, and anything done or any action taken under the provisions of the Bihar Minor Minerals Concession Rules, 1964.Rules 3(A-E) Omitted vide S.
