Section 7(2) in The U.P. Regulation of Cold Storages Act, 1976
(2)No licence granted under this Act shall be renewed if it appears to the Licensing Officer that-(a)any of the grounds mentioned in sub-section (2) of Section 6 exists;(b)the licensee is guilty of breach of the provisions of this Act or the rules made thereunder;(c)that the application involves a breach of any direction issued by the State Government under Section 44.
