Section 9A(3) in The Assam Amusements and Betting Tax Rules, 1939
(3)On scrutiny of an application submitted under sub-rule (1) or sub-rule (2), if the Commissioner or the officer authorised by him in this behalf finds the application in order, shall ask the application to furnish a security of an amount as may be determined by the Commissioner or the officer authorised by him in this behalf. On furnishing of the security by the applicant, the permission shall be granted to him Form XX.
