(2)The Commission shall as soon as may be after closing its annual accounts, prepare statement of accounts in such form and forward the same to the Accountant General, by such date as the State Government may, in consultation with the Accountant General determine, for audit under Section 14 of the Comptroller and Auditor General's (Duties, Powers and Conditions of Service Act, 1971.
