49. Election of the Chairman in absence of President and Vice-President.
- If both the President and the Vice-President are absent, the members present shall elect one of their members to act as Chairman.Quorum. - Three members of the Executive Committee shall form a quorum and, at a meeting adjourned for want of quorum, no quorum shall be necessary.
