Section 36(a) in Amended Bye-Laws of the Pradeshik Co-operative Dairy Federation Limited
(a)Subject to the provisions of the Act, the Rules, Regulations and these Bye-laws, appointment, dismissal, removal, suspension and punishment of the employees and their emoluments and conditions of services shall be regulated and governed by the provisions of the service rules framed by the Board:
