Section 1 in Agriculture University, Jodhpur Act, 2013
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Agriculture University, Jodhpur Act, 2013.(2)It shall extend to the whole of the State of Rajasthan.(3)It shall come into force on and from such date as the State Government may, by notification, appoint.
