FACTS
The matter is heard today dated 15.6.2011. Appellant present. The Department is represented by Shri N. S. Dalvi; Shri S. K. Jain, DDG (P) and Shri H.A.K. Singh, Director, (CPIO). The parties are heard.
2. Vide RTI application dated 10.7.2010, the appellant had requested for comparative statement of Tender Number CPU/53/0507/1279/180F due on 12th July, 2007. Shri Jain submits that the tender was cancelled and he has no objection to give inspection of the relevant documents to the appellant.
3. In the premises, CPIO is hereby directed to give inspection of the relevant file to the appellant and also supply him copies of document as requested in the RTI application.
