Section 86(1) in The Delhi Metro Airport Express Line, General Rules, 2010
(1)In order to prevent electric rolling stock from being admitted into a track or a crossover for which overhead equipment is made dead or for which a permit to work is to be issued, suitable measures shall be enforced to block setting of such routes.
