45. Suits under the Pondicherry Survey and Boundaries Act, 1967.
- In a suit under section 12 of the Pondicherry Survey and Boundaries Act, 1967 (8 of 1967) fee shall be computed on one half of the market value of the property affected by the determination of the boundary or on rupees three hundred, whichever is higher.
