Section 24(1) in Gujarat Compulsory Primary Education Act, 1961
(1)The State Government may by notification in the Official Gazette constitute a Primary Schools Panchayat for the trial of offences and punishable under this Act in the areas referred to in clause (c) of sub section (1) of section 19.
