Section 92(3)(a) in Rajasthan Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Rules, 2011

(a)The Selection Committee, at the time of recommending names for appointment as member of Board or Committee shall also prepare a panel of names for each Board or Committee to fill in vacancies, which may arise during the tenure of the Board or Committee.
